DMS was founded in 2009 as a marketplace for telemedicine services where patients could connect to recieve speciality care in rural or underserved communities in the US.  The offering has matured to support physician and patient interaction across a wide spectrum of care in the US and abroad.  Our clients range from individual physician and group practices to Accountable Care Organizations and insurance providers.  DMS also provides services that support ancillary healthcare providers such as toxicology and pharmacogenetic labratories.  While the DMS offering has evolved over the years to respond to changing market conditions our focus has remained the same, to provide a conduit to quality healthcare for all.
